An Original Oil on board painting by highly regarded Yorkshire artist, William Mellor (1851-1931). Cattle watering in an early morning, late summer setting in Rydal Water in the Lake District. Very well painted. Signed to the lower right. In a good timber and plaster gilt swept frame. Measures 24" x 18"high, painting measures 17.75" x 11.5".
