William & Mary Period Oak Extending Refectory Table
A William & Mary period antique oak extending refectory table.c.1700 of Anglo-Dutch origin. Planked top with extendable leaves which push back in under the top. Shaped undersides and bulbous supports down to a cross stretcher base. Very firm and solid. Seats 8 comfortably. Superb rich colour and patina. Measures 89.5" x 37"deep x 30.5"high extended and 50.5" x 37" fully in.
