A superb original William IV period cast polished iron military safe c.1835. The cast hinged lid with Royal crown and military crows foot emblem. Handle to the front edge to aid opening and working lo...ck with original key. Plain cast iron sides with carrying handle to each end. Opens to reveal a clean and useable interior. Polished and wax protected exterior, excellent original condition with a deep shine. Very heavy. Measures 18" wide x 12" deep x 9" high. Stock number 36781.
