William IV Mahogany Framed Barrel Back Chair
A stylish mahogany framed William IV period barrel back 'Hall Porters' chair reupholstered in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric c.1835. Polished mahogany show frame to the front with moulded and reeded fr...ont rail and scrolled over arms, turned legs to the front, sat on heavy brass castors with splayed legs to the rear. Barrel shaped high back forming the wings to each side, upholstered arms and sprung seat. Reupholstered to a high standard in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric with piped edges, very sturdy frame. Presented in excellent condition. Measures 30" wide x 47" high to top of the back x 25" deep x 17" seat height. Stock number CS128.
