William IV Mahogany Desk Chair
A stylish William IV solid mahogany sabre leg desk or elbow chair with rope twist front rail and upholstered leather seat c.1830. Decorative carved top rail adjoining the centre rail to the back, the arms sweeping down from the top rail and curling under. Sabre legs to the front and splayed legs to the rear, rope twist design front rail sat in front of the brown leather drop in set. Presented in excellent condition, very sturdy and useable. Measures 21" wide x 21" deep x 37" high to top of chair back x 17" seat height. Stock number 40215.
