Victorian Yew Wood Windsor Chair with Crinoline Stretcher
A superior quality early Victorian yew wood low back Windsor chair with crinoline stretcher and superb original patina c.1840. Bent wood burr yew back with rails and fretted centre splat running through the matching bent wood arm rail. Moulded elm seat with turned yew legs below supported by a crinoline stretcher. Superb original colour and polish and presented in excellent original condition, very sturdy and useable. Measures 24" wide at the front of the arms x 18" deep x 35.5" high to top of chair back x 16.5" seat height. Stock number 39754.
