A generously proportioned Victorian period wing back arm chair reupholstered in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric C.1880. The substantial and well shaped frame with generous seat proportions, upholstered ...in the original horse hair upholstery. Sat on carved mahogany cabriole legs with decorative shell design motifs, played legs to the rear. Sprung seat and back with scrolled over wings and matching arms. Fully reupholstered to a high standard in Abraham Moon 'Huntingtower sand ' design pure wool fabric with piped edges. Very comfortable and useable. Measures 43" high to top of the back x 37" wide x 39" maximum depth x 18" seat height. Stock number PS 124.
