Victorian Weighted Brass Grecian Lady Door Stop
A top quality early Victorian solid brass weighted door stop in the form of a Grecian lady c.1860. The heavy cast brass front with stepped base, decorative swags below the figure of a Grecian lady holding a basket of fruit. Lead weight set behind the base to stop the door and give stability. Excellent detail throughout and presented in good condition with a deep shine. Measures 5.5" wide x 2.5" deep at the base x 17.5" high. Stock number 40624.
