A superb quality Victorian small proportioned figured walnut serpentine fronted chest of drawers with original decorative brass handles and fittings C1880. Book matched veneered top with moulded edge... and cross banded edges. Serpentine front with two drawers and crossbanded edges, scalloped apron below. Sat on sabre legs with Ormalu mounts to match the handles and escutcheons. The top drawer stamped with the retailers name ' Frank Giles & Co' renown maker and retailers Kensington. Superb colour and original patina. Measures 26" wide x 17" deep x 30" high. Stock number 34533.
