Victorian Walnut Hall Stand
A stylish and superb quality Victorian walnut hall stand c.1880. Substantial central reeded column with bent wood horns to the top for hanging hats and coats, decorative turned finial to the top. Turned ring to the waist with four supports forming four divisions to hold sticks and umbrellas in position. The turned walnut foot with moulded edge divided into four sections each with original patinated zinc drip tray. Four small turned bun feet below. Superior quality piece, very stable and useable and presented in excellent original condition with a rich patina. Measures 74" high x 19" diameter... at the base (maximum width). Stock number 38507.
