Victorian Sutherland Table With Specimen Top
An oval topped 'Baby Sutherland' table with sunburst inlaid specimen veneers c.1880. The walnut veneered oval top with moulded edge and superb sunburst of specimen veneers set to the centre. Sat on a bobbin turned undercarriage with gaye action legs, folds out from a narrow table into an oval occasional coffee table. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and original patina. Measures closed 21" wide x 5.5" deep x 22.5" high, and open surface measures 21" wide x 28" long. Stock number 38058.
