Victorian Steel Cased Fisherman's Marine Barometer
A late Victorian polished steel Fisherman's marine barometer by Sewill of Liverpool c.1900. Engraved silvered dial bearing the maker's name, Sewill of Liverpool, sat behind a glazed view window with central reading marker set in a silvered cast brass bezel. Patinated steel outer casing with cast brass wall fixing mounts to the top and sides. Fully serviced and in full working order. Measures 6.25" diameter x 2.5" deep x 7" high with hanging loop.
