Victorian Single Fusse Dial Clock
A Victorian mahogany cased 8 day single fusse English dial clock with original painted dial C.1900. The polished mahogany case with moulded surround to the dial with matching back box, access doors to the base and side. The original painted 12" dial in excellent condition bearing the retailers name ' F Lenton & Son, Clapham', sat behind a glazed view window set in a polished brass bezel. The original single fusse movement with wire drive and anchor escapement. Fully overhauled movement and in working order. Presented in excellent original condition with a good colour and patina. Measures 15" ...diameter x 6" depth. Stock number 36669.
