Victorian Silver Whistle and Albert Chain
A mid Victorian solid silver whistle with complimenting silver Albert chain. The whistle hallmarked Birmingham 1898. Oval form whistle with moulded mouth piece and hanging loop is attached to a complimenting solid silver Albert chain, hallmarked Birmingham 1905. The whistle is in excellent condition with no dents or damage and the heavy quality Albert chain is in immaculate condition. The whistle is bearing the makers mark for James Allen. Chain measures 18" total length (with whistle) x 0.2" chain width x 0.1" chain depth. Whistle alone measures 2.2" long x 0.5" wide x 0.3" deep. Stock n...umber 35806.
