A fine quality and immaculate Victorian solid silver and mother of pearl fruit knife with pip remover, hallmarked Sheffield 1899. The mother of pearl handle with swept and scalloped edge ...to aid grip, the edge inset with engine turned silver. Fold out solid silver blade and unusual fold out pip remover in matching silver; both set in matching silver mounts. Bears the makers mark for Sheffield silversmiths Richard & Ebenezer Hall along with clear hallmarks to all sections including the blades. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 3" long closed x 5" open x 0.5" wide x 0.25" deep. Stock number 40027.
