The hinged lid with planished finish in an unusual sunburst form. Beautifully detailed and hallmarked solid silver standing fox, which is set as a handle to the centre of the lid. The sides of the lid with matching polished planished finish with the lid opening to reveal a clean mahogany lined interior. The box base with silver corners and a black leather pad to the base in order to protect the surface it is placed on. Bears the retailers name Barret &a...mp; Son`s Piccadilly, London. Clear hallmarks to all sections along with the makers mark for Richard Hodd & Sons. The finest quality presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine.
