Victorian Silver Christening Mug
A fine quality early Victorian solid silver christening mug, hallmarked Birmingham 1853. The bellied base sat on a flared rim with wide rim to the top and decorative cast handle set to the side. Decorated with an embossed and engraved flower and leaf design, bears the makers mark for Hilliard & Thomas. Heavy quality and presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 3.5" wide including handle x 2.5" diameter at the rim x 3" high. Stock number 37421.
