Victorian Polished Oak Porcelain Dial Banjo Barometer
A late Victorian polished oak porcelain dial banjo barometer c.1890. Slender proportioned solid oak case with petal carved decoration to the shaped top and base. Coloured porcelain dial sat behind a bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel with a centre reading marker. Thermometer scale above with mercury action thermometer. Fully overhauled movement, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 10" wide x 32.5" long x 2.75" deep. Stock number 38895.
