Victorian Pocket Barometer and Thermometer in Original Presentation Case
An antique late Victorian pocket barometer and thermometer in the original presentation case C.1890. Gilt brass cased pocket barometer with hanging loop to the top. White porcelain dial bevel edge glass and adjustable bezel for marking the reading. Bone scale to the thermometer with original mercury action thermometer. Sat in the original presentation case green velvet and silk lining. Barometer measures 2" diameter x 0.75" deep. Thermometer measures 2.75" long x 0.75" wide. Presentation case measures 3.5" x 3.5" x 1" deep. Stock number 34117.
