Victorian Petal Carved Mahogany Aneroid Barometer
A Victorian petal carved mahogany cased aneroid barometer in superb original condition, fully serviced and working c.1900. The turned solid mahogany case with petal carved decoration to the front surface and brass hanging loop to the top. Cream porcelain enamel dial with skeletonised visible movement set to the centre. Bevelled edge glass view window set in a polished brass bezel, reading marker set to the centre. Measures 8.5" diameter x 9.5" high including hanging loop x 1.5" deep. Stock number 41588.
