A top quality Victorian oak cased ships barometer with porcelain dial c.1885. Solid polished turned oak case with carved rope twist design carved boarder. Porcelain dial bearing the makers name Edw...ard Johnson, Derby with aneroid movement set behind. Bevelled edge glass view window set in a cast polished brass bezel with central reading marker. Fully serviced and working and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 9" diameter with a 6.5" dial x 2.5" deep. Stock number 38900.
