Victorian Oak Porcelain Dial Barometer
A superior quality Victorian oak cased aneroid barometer with decorative porcelain dial C.1885. The deep turned oak case with rope twist outer edge and petal carved decoration to the inner edge. Aneroid movement sat behind a decorative white porcelain dial behind a bevelled edge glass mounted in a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker. Bears the retailers name, Burrows Great Malvern. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and in full working order. Measures 8" diameter x 3" maximum depth. Stock number 36178.
