Victorian Oak Diamond Shaped Barometer
A Victorian solid oak diamond shaped aneroid barometer c.1885. Carved decoration to the oak case including the moulded edge. Aneroid movement sat behind a white porcelain dial with weather predictions in ornate script and a central decoration. The dial sat behind a glazed view window mounted in a polished brass bezel with centre reading marker. Superb quality and original condition, fully serviced and working. Measures 13" wide x 2.75" deep x 12" high. Stock number 37615.
