Victorian Oak Cased Hull Single Fusse Dial Clock
A Victorian oak cased 8 day single fusse English dial clock retailed by Kirk & Co Ltd of Hull C.1900. Moulded surround to the case with matching back box in golden solid polished oak. Original painted dial with Roman numerals, bears the retailers name of Kirk & Co Ltd, 7 Whitefriargate Hull. Sat behind a glazed hinged opening door with polished brass bezel. The front of the clock hinged to the side to access the moment. Chain driven single fusse movement with platform escapement, in full working order. Superb original condition with a deep shine and good colour. Full working order. Measures 1...6" diameter x 6.5" deep x 12" dial diameter. Stock number 34276.
