A Victorian diamond shaped oak carved barometer with silvered engraved dial and crescent thermometer C.1880. The diamond shaped case with moulded edge and leaf design carved relief, turned mount suppo...rting the aneroid barometer with engraved silvered scale and crescent thermometer, sat behind bevel edge glass with a brass bezel and centre reading marker. Bears the makers name Thomas Armstrong & Brothers, Manchester & Liverpool. Full working order, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and original patina. Measures 10.5" wide x 2.5" deep x 17.5" long. Stock number 34993.
