Victorian Oak and Silver Plated Tankard
A small Victorian coopered oak and silver plated mug, ideal as a desktop pen pot! c.1900. The bowed sides formed with strips of golden oak and coopered with silver plated bands. Matching silver plated handle to the side and shield cartouche to the other side. Silver plated interior rolling over to form a rim. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 4" high x 4.5" wide including handle x 3" mug diameter. Stock number 38457.
