An impressive late Victorian figured oak pen and ink stand with silver plated fittings and base drawer c.1890. Original cut glass faceted inkwells with hinged lids in perfect co...ndition sat in recesses to the surface. Pen trays to the front and back and silver plated carrying handle to the centre. Spacious single drawer below with silver plated handle for holding paper and envelopes (holds A4 paper). High quality decorative silver plated mounts to the corners of the surface and matching mounts to the drawer front. Presented in immaculate condition with a rich colour. Measures 17" wide x 10" deep x 7" high including ink wells. Stock number 40822.
