Victorian Mahogany Letter Rack
A quality Victorian figured mahogany letter and stationery rack with pen and ink tray to the front c.1880. Figured solid mahogany construction, serpentine formed lid with hinged opening sat over the waterfall letter rack. The lid opening to reveal an original fitted interior with divisions for storing letters, paper and envelopes. Pen and ink section to the front with ebonised pen tray to the centre, storage compartment below, original cut glass brass topped ink well set to either side. Presented in excellent original condition with a rich colour and polish. Measures 14" wide x 7" deep... x 10" high. Stock number 40258.
