An unusual Victorian inlaid walnut oval display case with original inset marble top C1880. Oval form with moulded edge top and inset green marble top. Burr inlaid uprights forming the frame with bowed... glass to the sides and rear. Sat on a moulded foot with brass claw feet. Hinged door to the front with bowed glass, opens to reveal a two shelf interior with silk lined base. Excellent condition with a deep shine and perfect glass; working lock and key. Can be used as a free standing piece. Measures 45" high x 24" wide x 17" deep. Stock number 34826.
