A superb quality Victorian decorative brass framed hall lantern with original deep cut bevelled edge glass panels, fully restored and rewired ready for use. The heavy quality solid brass frame with... four arched arms at the top, securing hook to the centre. The lantern frame below with decorative cast boarder to the top and base. Four original bevelled edge quarter plate glass glass panels to the sides, each with star cut decoration to the centre and the corners; designed to magnify the light. The frame sympathetically hand polished, the glass cleaned and fully rewired with pendant fitting to the interior. Can be hung at a lower level on chain if required. Measures 13.5" deep x 13.5" wide x 36" high from base to hanging loop. Stock number 40060.
