Victorian Ebony Cased Aneroid Barometer
A late Victorian ebony cased barometer by A Franks of Manchester c.1890. Porcelain dial with makers name and visible aneroid movement to the centre. Brass bezel with inset bevelled glass and centre reading marker. Ebony turned casing with oak leaf carved decoration to the surround and brass hanging loop to the top. Fully serviced and in full working order. Measures 7.5" diameter x 8.5" high including hanging loop x 1.75" deep. Stock number 39541.
