Victorian Carved Walnut Turtle Foot Stool
An unusual Victorian carved walnut foot stool in the form of a turtle C.1890. The oval base with carved scale work finish, sat on for claw feet with a carved head to the front with glass eyes. Carved tail to the rear and upholstered leather seat with decoration forming the turtle shell. Original dark polished finish in excellent condition. A most unusual item. Measures 17" long x 14" wide x 5" high. Stock number 36326.
