Victorian Carved Walnut Frame Open Arm Chair
A superior quality mid Victorian carved walnut framed open arm chair, fully reupholstered in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric c.1880. The well shaped quality solid walnut frame with decorative carved relief and moulded form; cameo shaped back with arms set to the sides. Moulded cabriole front legs supporting the padded arms with carving to match the back, splayed legs to the rear sat on the original brass and porcelain castors. Buttoned back and sprung seat reupholstered to a high standard in Abraham Moon pure wool fabric with piped edges. Very comfortable and useable. Presented in excellent c...ondition with a deep shine and no damage. Measures 28" wide x 29" deep x 40" high to top of chair back. Seat height is 16". Stock number CS125.
