Victorian Carved Oak Banjo Barometer with Skeletonised Movement
A superior quality Victorian carved oak cased banjo barometer with skeletonised movement C.1880. The slim proportioned case with good quality carving. Porcelain dial with visible skeletonised movement to the centre, sat behind bevel edge glass with a polished brass bezel and centre reading marker. Matching scale to the thermometer with original mercury action thermometer. Presented in excellent condition with a deep shine and in full working order. Measures 32" long x 10" maximum width x 3" deep. Stock number 35907.
