Victorian Carved Oak Banjo Barometer with Skeletonised Movement
A well carved Victorian carved oak antique banjo barometer with porcelain dial and skeletonised movement. C.1880. Slim well carved decorative case work with original mercury action thermometer sat on a porcelain scale, matching porcelain dial to the skeletonised aneroid movement. Sat behind a bevelled edge glass sat in a brass bezel with reading marker to the centre. Full working order. Measures 34" long x 10" maximum width x 2.5" deep.
