Victorian Burr Walnut Sutherland Table
A superior quality mid Victorian burr walnut oval top Sutherland table with carved base c.1875. The turned and carved twin pedestal base with supporting stretcher and moulded carved legs; original brass and porcelain castors below. The book matched veneered figured walnut top with moulded edge opening to form a sturdy occasional table. Superior quality with solid walnut base to the top, presented in excellent original condition with a rich colour and original patina. Measures 21.5" wide x 6" deep when closed (opens out to 30.5" x 21.5" oval) x 22" high. Stock number CS220.
