Victorian Brass Cased Marine Barometer and Original Stand
A superb Victorian brass cased silvered dial marine barometer with crescent thermometer sat in the original ebony stand. C1880.Quality brass case with hanging loop to the top, silvered scale bearing the retailers name ' Primavesi Bros, Bournemouth ' and rare crescent thermometer below. Sat behind a bevelled edge glass with central reading marker, fully overhauled movement. Sat in the original ebony decorative stand with brass feet, for displaying the barometer. Immaculate condition. Measures over all including stand 6.75" wide x 3" deep x 9" high. Barometer diameter 5". Stock number 33763.
