A high quality late Victorian silvered scale aneroid barometer in finely turned oak case by highly regarded maker John Barker & Co. Ltd of Kensington c.1900. The finely turned solid oak narrow ...width case with original polished finish. Engraved silvered scale bearing the makers name sat over the aneroid movement. Cast bezel with bevel edge glass sat over the top, reading marker knob to the centre. Fully serviced and working, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 6.5" diameter x 1.25" deep. Stock number 39819.
