An original Victorian period 8 day single fusse Skelton clock on inlaid satinwood base C.1885. Engraved silver scalloped design dial to the scroll work design frame and five spoke wheels. Single fusse... 8 day duration movement with anchor escapement in full working order. Sat on a high quality stepped satinwood base with decorative rosewood inlay. Sat under the original glass dome. Excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 9.5" wide x 5.5" deep x 14.5" high. Stock number 35556.
