Very Unusual Mid Victorian Rosewood Novelty Humidor
A Very Unusual Mid Victorian antique rosewood novelty humidor in the form of a dog kennel.c.1880. Bronze dog leaning out the window with brass bound bucket and carved mop to the side. Leather pad to the front. Spring loaded release to the top, complete with cigar holders to the interior. Gilt ormolu foliage decoration to the front. Superb original condition. Measures 6.5" x 8.5"deep x 8"high. Stock no.33532.
