Very Original George II Period London Lantern Clock
A Very Original George II period brass cased lantern wall clock.c.1740/50. Made by Thomas Fenton of London. 7" silvered engraved dial with half hour markers. Single hand to the original verge escapement, striking on a bell to the hour. Alarm feature to the centre. Silvered engraved top and original gilded spandrels. Fully overhauled. Measures 7" x 6.5"deep x 10"high, 75"drop overall with pendulum. Stock no.29362
