Unusual Victorian Silver Wavy & Ribbed Vesta Case
An unusual Victorian solid silver vesta case with ribbed and wavy decorative finish, hallmarked Birmingham 1894. The solid silver case with diagonal ribbed decoration and a wavy finish running the opposite way; giving a three dimensional effect. Match striker to the base and hanging loop to the top. The snap top opening to reveal a clean interior. Bears the makers mark for Birmingham silversmiths Minshuĺl & Latimer along with clear hallmarks. Presented in immaculate unused condition with a deep shine. Measures 1.25" wide x 0.5" deep x 1.75" high. Stock number 41387.
