Unusual Victorian Silver Desktop Candlestick and Matchbox Stand
An antique Victorian period solid silver desktop match box holder with candlestick and snuffer to the top, hallmarked London 1898. Candle holder to the top, and space for nib cleaning brush. Decorative carrying handle to the side with holder for the original matching snuffer. Space below for the match box, with open sides to allow the striker to be used. Decorative beaded design trim to the base to match the candle holder and snuffer, sat on small raised pad feet. Bears the makers mark for Samuel Jacob. Immaculate condition. 4.25" high x 4.25" wide x 2.25" deep. Stock Number 34168.
