An unusual Victorian solid silver table light in the form of a chamber stick, hallmarked London 1893. Wide dished well with flower bud design border and four panels of tulip head design decoration ...to the centre. Cast sconce to the centre with removable burner; flared foot to the base forming the reservoir for the oil. Long cast silver tapering handle set to the side with musicians set in arched panels and snuffer set to the opposite side with removable torch for use as a light. Bears the makers mark for London silversmiths Goldsmiths & Silversmiths along with clear hallmarks and registered number. Weighing over 6 troy oz and presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 4" diameter x 8" wide including handle and snuffer x 3" maximum height. Stock number tba.
