Unusual Large Victorian Majolica Frog
An unusual large Victorian majolica frog in mint condition C.1880. Sat in sitting position with good sharp detail to the body and feet. The open mouth allowing use for storage, two holes to the underside for wall hanging use as a wall pocket if desired. Classical majolica greens and yellows with a deep semi lustre glaze. Original inset blue glass eyes. Presented in immaculate condition with no damage or repairs. Measures 14" long x 9" wide x 3.75" high. Stock number 35760.
