Unusual George III Oak Snap Top Table with Drop Leaf

An unusual George III period solid oak snap top tripod table with drop leaf to the rear third c.1760. Circular top with moulded edge, the rear third with drop leaf allowing flush fitting against a wall or easy chair. The turned column pedestal with moulded foot tripod base below. Original fittings below the surface and sleepers to hold the drop leaf in position. Original mellow colour and patina, presented in excellent original condition.  Measures 30" diameter x 22" deep with leaf dropped x 28" high.   Stock number CS165.
