Thompsons of Kilburn Mouseman Book Trough
A Thompson's of Kilburn Mouseman adzed oak book trough with trademark mouse to the upper edge c.1960. Solid figured oak construction with rounded front edges to each side, the sides with adzed finish. The base surface and back rest tilted back at a slight angle to hold the books in place. Well carved trademark mouse to the right hand side edge. Superb colour and polish and smaller mouse typical of older pieces. Presented in excellent original condition. Measures 17.75" wide x 8" deep x 8" high. Stock number 41076.
