Superb Walnut Hall Stand in the Manner of Shoolbred
A superb quality late Victorian walnut coat and stick stand in the manner of James Shoolbred c.1900. Designed to sit flush against a wall with turned column to the centre and turned finial to the t...op, plus moulded leg tripod foot to the base. Half round tubular brass ring to the lower half supported by a walnut cross bar to hold sticks or umbrellas in position and matching half round walnut ring to the top holding the three original brass double coat and hat hooks. Presented in excellent original condition with a deep polish; can be secured to the wall by 2 screws through the lower cross bar. Measures 20" maximum width x 10" maximum depth x 79.5" high.
