Superb Victorian Walnut Framed Chaise Longue
A stylish mid Victorian walnut framed chaise longue with luxurious deep buttoned velvet upholstery c.1870. The substantial walnut frame with reclined scrolled over back and swept base wi...th original deep buttoned sprung horse hair upholstery. Reupholstered to a high standard in a soft green silk velvet; the edges piped to match. Arm supports with matching upholstery sat to either side with moulded shaped supports below to match the solid walnut turned legs, sat on original brass and porcelain castors. Very sturdy, comfortable and usable and presented in immaculate newly upholstered condition. Measures 64" long x 28" wide x 34" high to the top of chair back and 15" seat height. Stock number 39070.
