A superb Victorian solid oak and brass mounted three bottle Tantalus & games compendium c.1880. Original crystal cut glass decanters in perfect condition. Semi circular swivel compartment to the base,... complete with matching cut glasses. Fully fitted games compartment to the top with leather whist cards, playing cards, bone tiddlywinks and brass cribbage board. Press release button to a side secret drawer. The polished golden oak casework with brass trim and carry handles to the sides. Two lock release spring loaded covers to the surface opening to release the decanters and access the selection of card games, cribbage board and counter. Revolving panel to the front with mirror back interior and silver plated framework holding the cut crystal whisky glasses and liqueur glasses. Three original cut crystal decanters with matching stoppers in mint condition to the back section. Working Bhamha lock and key. Presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine and original patina, the glassware in perfect condition. Measures 14" wide x 15" high x 12" deep. Stock number 36133.
